To further explore the relationship between the EMT and the TGF-β/Smad and Akt/mTOR/P70S6K pathways in lung adenocarcinoma, we used the LY294002 and the SB431542 to confirm that ViceninII plays a suppressive role in the EMT by regulating these pathways, as evidenced by the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, ZO-1, vimentin, snail, slug, and MMP-2. Here, RPS6KB1 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
