Therefore, in the present study, we aimed to examine the dynamic changes of CX3CL1/CX3CR1 axis and detected the microglial activation status and the related cytokines production in the anterior horn region of spinal cord in SOD1G93A mouse model of ALS at the age of 40, 60, 90 and 120 days. This evidence concerns the gene CX3CL1 and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
