MTOR and injury: When we further explored the role of BAI on the AKT/mTOR pathway, evidenced by the increase in autophagosome formation and LC3B II/LC3B I ratio, so BAI treatment partially inhibited the overexpression of LC3B II, accompanied by the increased protein expression of LC3B I, indicating that BAI may protect APAP-induced liver injury by modulating autophagy-related proteins.
