Flow cytometry experiments demonstrate inhibition of Akt1 or Akt2 in CCRF-CEM, CEM-DR, Jurkat, and highly GC-resistant Burkitt’s lymphoma cell line Daudi with a concentration of 0.8 μM Akt isoform inhibitors effectively restores GC-induced apoptosis. Here, AKT1 is linked to Burkitt lymphoma.
