In group 1, most patients were diagnosed after age 45 years (74.9%) and, regarding FH of cancer, 62.2% of the participants reported a positive FH of cancer, considering report of at least one 1st, 2nd or 3rd-degree relative with cancer, without, necessarily, being compatible with a history of predisposition to hereditary cancer syndromes or fulfilling the established clinical criteria for TP53 mutation testing (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and Inherited cancer-predisposing syndrome.
