To better understand how individual cell populations responds to ZIKV infection, we isolated three monocyte subsets; classical, intermediate, and non-classical; natural killer (NK) cells; two dendritic cell (DC) subsets; myeloid DCs (mDCs) and plasmacytoid DCs (pDCs); as well as CD4+ and CD8+ T cells at d3, d6, d17 and d48 POS using Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) (S2 Fig). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and Zika virus infectious disease.
