In the ASCO’s plenary session the KEYNOTE-042 trial was presented, a phase 3 study in NSCLC patients with proven PD-L1 expression greater than 1% (subgroups: tumor proportion score [TPS] PD-L1 ≥1% or greater, ≥20%, and ≥50%), assessing the use of pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks versus investigator’s choice chemotherapy (platinum doublet therapy). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and neoplasm.
