A functional map of the upregulated gene protein–protein interactions (PPI) based on significant or group analysis revealed that apoptosis, TNF signaling pathway, TP53 regulated transcription of cell death genes pathway, and death receptor signaling pathway was the important regulatory node in paclitaxel‐driven apoptosis of HS 737.T cells, (the node size indicates significant enrichment), and the core components were related to apoptosis and viability of tumor cells, including TP53INPI, Caspase 10, TNFSF10, and PIK3R3 (Fig. 2d,e). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and neoplasm.
