BMI1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: As we all know, miRNAs could act as oncogenes or anti‐oncogenes within the modulation of various target genes, as a result, they could influence the transcription and translation of relative protein.38 For the sake of regulatory mechanisms of miR‐320b in NSCLC, the bioinformatics analysis of Target Scan and the results of dual‐luciferase report assay revealed that BMI1 is a direct target of miR‐320b.
