The analysis of cell behavior showed that blocking tubulin-β3 phosphorylation via TGF-β2 depletion in medium supplemented with conditioned medium (CM) isolated from invasive (LS180 Snail, LoVo) colon cancer cells caused partial inhibition of cell elongation, as well as slower cell migration in comparison to cells maintained in CM obtained from invasive colon cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene SNAI1 and colonic neoplasm.
