Taken together, the present findings demonstrated that the combined inhibition of IL‐6 and WNT5A signalling in BRAFi‐R melanoma cells effectively decreased their invasive migration via the reduction of Cdc42‐GTPase activity and subsequent re‐organisation of the actin network and decreased F‐actin content (as schematically outline in Fig. 6E).
