Statistical analysis performed on data obtained from all investigated melanoma and hematological cancer cells showed significant (p < 0.05) differences in levels of CTLA-4 and PD-1 expression detected after guadecitabine and DAC treatment, but not after AZA, compared to untreated cells (Supplementary Tables 9, 10, 12, 13). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and hematopoietic and lymphoid cell neoplasm.
