Statistical analysis performed on data obtained from all investigated melanoma and hematological cancer cells showed significant (p < 0.05) differences in levels of CTLA-4 and PD-1 expression detected after guadecitabine and DAC treatment, but not after AZA, compared to untreated cells (Supplementary Tables 9, 10, 12, 13). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and melanoma.
