Conversely, data from all hematological cancer cells showed significant (p < 0.005) differences in levels of CXCL9 and MICA expression only after guadecitabine and DAC treatment vs. untreated cells; while significant (p < 0.05) differences in levels of CXCL10 and MICB expression were observed only after AZA treatment, compared to untreated cells (Supplementary Tables 19–22). Here, CXCL9 is linked to hematopoietic and lymphoid cell neoplasm.
