CST3 and cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia: Briguori et al. studied 410 patients with renal dysfunction (eGFR< 60 mL/min/1.73 m2) who underwent coronary or peripheral procedures and showed that a cystatin C increase ≥10% compared with baseline was the best cut-off value to identify patients at risk of developing CIN [7].
