When 15 μM RS-F3 and 100 nM ABT-199 were added to human primary CD34+ cells from healthy donors, a reduction of cell viability of about 30% was observed, which is less than a half of the cell death occurring in the Bcl-2-positive AML cell lines tested (Figure 5D) witnessing a differential toxicity compared to cancer cells.
