NR3C2 and hydrops fetalis: Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs), such as spironolactone, eplerenone, canrenoate, and finerenone, are often used to manage chronic and congestive heart failure (HF).[1] MRAs have been shown to reduce mortality and hospitalization in HF patients with reduced ejection fractions, and they might be beneficial for delaying HF with preserved ejection fraction progression.[2,3]
