NPPB and peripheral vascular disease: They include: low systolic blood pressure on admission; tachycardia; high naturietic peptides (B type naturietic peptide [BNP] and N-Terminal-proBNP [NT-proBNP]); hyponatreamia; anaemia; acute kidney injury; chronic kidney disease; prior stroke; smoking; male sex; previous myocardial infarction (MI); chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; peripheral vascular disease; or significantly high or low body mass index.
