Numerous reports have previously suggested that CXCR4 is over-expressed in a variety of tumors including gastric, ovarian, pancreatic, melanoma, renal, cervical, colon, and hematological malignancies (Manu et al., 2011, 2013; Shanmugam et al., 2011b). Here, CXCR4 is linked to hematologic disorder.
