As shown in Fig. 2, for S100A1 (HR = 0.86, 95%CI: 0.74–1.0, P = 0.055), S100A5 (HR = 0.83, 95%CI: 0.7–0.98, P = 0.025), S100A6 (HR = 0.8, 95%CI: 0.67–0.95, P = 0.013), S100A8 (HR = 0.84, 95%CI: 0.71–0.99, P = 0.038) and S100A13 (HR = 0.8, 95%CI: 0.68–0.94, P = 0.0055), high mRNA expression predicted favorable OS in serous ovarian cancers respectively. This evidence concerns the gene S100A1 and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
