MiR-675 is already known to be derived from H19 [9,49] and has been shown to be implicated in the development of colorectal and breast cancers [50,51], while both miR-203a and H19 have been shown to interact with E2F Transcription factor 1 (E2F1) [52–54]. The gene discussed is HNF1A; the disease is breast cancer.
