CSF3 and neoplasm: As shown in Supplementary Figure 2B, granulocytic MDSCs (CD11b+Ly-6G+Ly-6Clowcells) accounted for more than 80% of CD11b cells, whereas monocytic MDSCs (CD11b+Ly-6G-Ly-6C+cells) less than 10%, indicating that these granulocytic MDSC were the dominant subset that was expanded by the tumor-derived G-CSF in this experimental model.
