Following up the significant overall effect, the Ch1/2 and Ch4p nuclei showed significantly smaller volumes in the SCD group as compared with the control group, with moderate effect sizes (81 ± 14 mm3 vs. 91 ± 19 mm3; t71 = 2.29, p = 0.013, d = 0.57 for Ch1/2, and 99 ± 15 mm3 vs. 106 ± 15 mm3, t71 = 2.01, p = 0.024, d = 0.50, for Ch4p, respectively). Here, SUCO is linked to Schnyder corneal dystrophy.
