The most common actionable genetic alterations in the prostate cancer cohort included: 6 DNA damage repair altered tumors (55%), 4 PTEN (36%), 4 AR receptor (36%), 3 CCND1 (27%), 2 CDKN2A (18%), and 2 FGF family altered tumors (18%) (Fig. 5).
