The result showed that the expressions of SNHG14 were up-regulated after MCAO/R in a time dependent manner (12 h: P < 0.05, 24 h: P < 0.01; 48 h, P < 0.001, Fig. 1b), which also confirmed by the result of SNHG14 immunology staining (Fig. 1c), indicting its potential roles in ischemia. This evidence concerns the gene SNHG14 and ischemia.
