In the present study, miR-34b significantly increased in metastatic anaplastic thyroid carcinoma cells (from the lymph node metastases, BHT-101) when compared to the primary anaplastic thyroid carcinoma cells (8505C) following liposome-loaded miR-34b transfection (Figure 1(AI)) and no significant changes observed for p53 (Figure 1(AII)). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and thyroid gland undifferentiated (anaplastic) carcinoma.
