Serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) levels of non-muscle invasive (Ta and T1) tumors were significantly higher than those of muscle invasive (>T1) bladder cancer (MIBC) (32.8 ng/mL vs. 16.2 ng/mL; p = 0.029). Here, LCN2 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
