Concerning the antibody frequency in the CSF, 9 patients with MS (7 RRMS, 1 primary progressive, and 1 CIS) and 1 with NMOSD (both AQP4-positive and OCB-positive) had detectable anti-MAP_2694295–303 antibodies (p = 0.02) (Figure 1D) while 2 patients with MS (1 RRMS and 1 primary progressive) were positive to MAP_5p peptide (Figure 1E). The gene discussed is AQP4; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
