Tumor infiltrating CD45.1+ immune cells derived from recipient mice were positively selected by CD45.1+ Positive Selection Kit to discriminate from CD45.2+ tumor cells, and were then analyzed by flow cytometer for CD8+ and CD4+ T cells, CD11b+Ly6G+ (polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells (PMN-MDSC)), CD11c+ (dendritic cells (DC)) and CD11b+Ly6C+ (monocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC)) cells (Figure 2A).
