The result revealed that TYMS expression decreased upon FOXM1 depletion using small interfering RNA (siRNA) in the sensitive KKU-D131 but not in the resistant HuCCA cells, suggesting that TYMS is, at least partially, regulated by FOXM1 in the sensitive but not in the resistant CCA cells (Fig. 4a). This evidence concerns the gene TYMS and cholangiocarcinoma.
