TP53 and urinary bladder cancer: Enriched pathways for upregulated DEGs in L. mandarinus were associated with angiogenesis (HIF-1 signaling, bladder cancer, and AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications), transendothelial migration (leukocyte transendothelial migration and cell adhesion molecules), angiogenesis inhibition, cell cycle arrest for cell repair, and apoptosis (p53 signaling pathway).
