TNFRSF6B and lip and oral cavity carcinoma: To assess the expression of DcR3 protein in oral cancer cells, we evaluated the status of DcR3 using tissue microarrays of human OSCC cells (n = 99; Table 1) containing different oral cancer grades as well as normal mucosal tissues, and the percentage of positive stained cells was calculated as described previously.43 DcR3 expression levels were significantly higher in oral cancer tissues than in adjacent normal oral mucosa (P < 0.0001; Table 1) and associated with tumor size (P = 0.01; Table 1).
