To the best of the authors’ knowledge, the current study is the first to investigate the potential contribution of PPAR-γ, SIRT-1 and pathways to the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory functions of the Lf on pediatrics with type 2 diabetes via possible involvement TLR4, Cyclin D-1, and NFκB signaling pathway. Here, NFKB1 is linked to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
