The pathway functional enrichment results (Figure 5(b)) showed that there are 14 significant pathways (P < 0.05), including alcoholism, systemic lupus erythematosus, estrogen signaling pathway, Staphylococcus aureus infection, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, complement and coagulation cascades, amoebiasis, malaria, relaxin signaling pathway, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, amphetamine addiction, cocaine addiction, insulin signaling pathway, and glutamatergic synapse. This evidence concerns the gene RENBP and staphylococcus aureus infection.
