INS and cocaine dependence: The pathway functional enrichment results (Figure 5(b)) showed that there are 14 significant pathways (P < 0.05), including alcoholism, systemic lupus erythematosus, estrogen signaling pathway, Staphylococcus aureus infection, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, complement and coagulation cascades, amoebiasis, malaria, relaxin signaling pathway, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, amphetamine addiction, cocaine addiction, insulin signaling pathway, and glutamatergic synapse.
