Previously, noteworthy activity was observed in glembatumumab vedotin‐treated TNBC patients, with a possible improvement in OS and PFS.15 The further subgroup analysis indicated that glembatumumab vedotin significantly improved OS and PFS for tumor gpNMB‐overexpressed TNBC patients.15 For those gpNMB‐overexpressed patients, glembatumumab vedotin may become a promising targeted therapy,62 and we expect more clinical trials carried out to confirm it. The gene discussed is GPNMB; the disease is neoplasm.
