Under the allelic model, there was no statistically significant association of psoriasis with the IL‐10 SNPs rs1800896 (G allele vs. A allele: OR = 1.03, 95% CI: 0.90–1.18, p = 0.639), rs3021097 (C allele vs. T allele: OR = 1.17, 95% CI: 0.88–1.56, p = 0.288), and rs1800872 (C allele vs. A allele: OR = 1.01, 95% CI: 0.81–1.25, p = 0.951). The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is psoriasis.
