Although we did not detect the significant difference of antigen-specific IFN-γ production in the draining lymph node cells of mice infected high and low-uptake infection, the high-uptake-infected groups showed a significantly higher cryptococcal antigen-specific IL-4 and IL-13 production and lower IL-17 production than low uptake-infected groups (Figure 5(b)).
