CD79A and breast cancer: We found that only a minor fraction of patients had autoantibodies to a given antigen both in plasma and tissue supernatants, while in the majority of patients the presence of autoantibodies in the tissue supernatants was uncoupled from that in plasma (selected antigens shown in Figure 1D; all BC-associated antigens shown in Figure S3A and total frequencies of BC-associated IgG and IgA responses are shown in Figure S3B).
