Results showed that expression levels of NKX6.3, CDH1, CDKN1A, and EP300 were decreased while expression levels of NFκB p65, AICDA, CBFβ, APOBEC3A, APOBEC3B, RhoA, ROCK1, ROCK2, PIK3CA, and CCND1 were increased in CagA positive gastric cancers compared to those in CagA negative cases (Fig. 6C). Here, ROCK2 is linked to gastric cancer.
