In an attempt to clarify the biological significance of RNF152 in tumor growth, we analyzed the expression levels of RNF152 by searching TCGA database and found that RNF152 is down-regulated in various types of cancers, including colon, lung, kidney, and liver cancers (Fig. 7m and Supplementary information, Fig. S7f, g and h).
