IL10 and uveitis: After transfection with rno-miR-30b-5p mimic, the proportions of both IL-10 and TLR4 positive cells were significantly decreased, whereas treatment with rno-miR-30b-5p inhibitor resulted in elevated proportions compared with the relative EAU control group, and the changes of IL-10 and TLR4 levels of T cells were synchronized, though they play different roles in uveitis.
