Univariate analysis showed that age, male sex, previous decompensation, hyponatremia, ascites, bacterial infection, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, HE III-IV, SBP, hepatorenal syndrome, organ failure (liver, kidney, cerebral, coagulation, circulatory, and lung), AST, ALB, TBil, Cr, Na, INR, WBC, and NC were significantly associated with poor prognosis of AD of CHB cirrhosis in the derivation set (p <  0.05, Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and Hyponatremia.
