Meng et al reported that miR‐330‐3p targeted the PDCD4 oncogene and played a role in human oesophageal cancer.41 Mesci et al reported that miR‐330‐3p promoted human breast cancer metastasis by targeting CCBE142 and Wei et al reported that miR‐330‐3p promotes cell invasion and metastasis in NSCLC through GRIA3.43 In the present study, we validated that miR‐330‐3p functions as an oncogene, and investigated the probability that miR‐330‐3p promotes NSCLC by targeting RASSF1A. The gene discussed is GRIA3; the disease is breast cancer.
