CD40LG and tuberculosis: In a multivariable linear regression model including TB disease status, being HIV‐positive was associated with a decrease in all mycobacterial antibody levels studied (magnitude ranged from mean decrease in 0.240 OD (99% CI −0.361, −0.119) for IgG against Ag85A), to a mean decrease in 0.446 OD (99% CI −0.640, −0.251) for IgM against Ag85A, all P < 0.001, Table 2).
