Although the percentages of CD69+ cells in donor CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were not significantly different between hCD300c-Ig- and control Ig-treated groups (data not shown), the percentages of CD44hi cells and CD62Llo cells in donor CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were significantly reduced in hCD300c-Ig-treated GVHD mice (Figures 7J–M). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and graft versus host disease.
