The results showed that hsa-miR-196a-5p was a bridge between LOC134466 and TAC1. Based on the further analysis, we finally confirmed that the LOC134466 / hsa-miR-196a-5p / TAC1 axis regulated endometrial carcinoma by TACR3. It should be emphasized that our research has revealed that TACR3 which was recently found to be associated with gingival oral squamous cell carcinoma [30,31] also played significant roles in EC. The gene discussed is TAC1; the disease is endometrial carcinoma.
