CALR and neoplasm: The immunogenic effect of doxorubicin in vitro and in vivo was strictly dependent on CRT: indeed, in JC clones with induced C/EBP-β LIP but knocked-out for CRT (Fig. 9a), doxorubicin was unable to induce CRT translocation on cell surface (Fig. 9b), tumor cell phagocytosis (Fig. 9c) and CD8+CD107+T-lymphocytes expansion (Fig. 9d).
