Given the tenability of these subunits, additional studies can evaluate the impact of brain regeneration or skin wound healing following stroke using various MAP subunits containing different stiffnesses or densities of peptides (i.e., RGD, etc.)or growth factors (i.e., vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), brain‐derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), etc.)to further guide neuronal or keratinocyte cell migration. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and stroke disorder.
