As clinically easily available inflammatory factors, the increased hypersensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the peripheral blood have been confirmed to be correlated with poor outcome in AIS, DVT, and PE [6, 9, 10]. The gene discussed is IL6; the disease is deep vein thrombosis.
