Additionally, we found that ProCUrE significantly differentiated high-grade PCa, including GS ≥ 7(4 + 3), and GS ≥ 8 from all other patients, with higher PPV (37.5% and 31.3%, respectively) compared to age-adjusted PSA (24.5% and 16.7%, respectively) (Fig. 3, Table 3B–D).
