IL2 and neoplasm: These include: targeting immunomodulatory molecules (cytokines) via bispecific antibody fragments and/or scFv (single chain variable fragments or Ab-ligand fusion proteins) to tumor cells to induce apoptosis; IL-2 fusion proteins; antibody drug conjugates (ADCs); and antibody-directed enzyme prodrug therapy (ADEPT) by directly targeting enzymes to the tumor cell and delivering a prodrug that is converted to a chemotherapeutic by the enzyme targeted [2,3].
