Here, our data provided that total flavonoids extracted from Nervilia Fordii could recover the estrous cycle, decrease the serum levels of FSH, increase the serum levels of LH, T and INS through partly inhibiting the activation of JAK2/STAT3 pathways and partially regulating the IL-6 and SOCS3 expression in ovaries of PCOS rats. The gene discussed is SOCS3; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
